You can place an order
- in the online store by filling out the application form
- by sending the application by e-mail
- by phone by calling one of our specialists (if you are already our client)
- upon arrival at our office - Riga, Latvia, Ulbrokas Street 44A (working hours from 09:00 to 17:00).
Receipt and payment of invoices
- After completing the order, within one working day, you will receive a confirmation with a prepaid invoice to the e-mail address you provided.
- The invoice number must be indicated in the payment.
- If payment is not made within 3 days, the order is cancelled.
Receiving orders
- We deliver to all Baltic countries! Standard shipping cost to any city in Latvia/Estonia/Lithuania - 7.99 EUR + VAT. For bigger orders price can change, our managers will contact you individually.
- For Latvian customers - delivery to your desired location within Riga - 6.99 EUR + VAT. Delivery for orders over 150 EUR (without VAT) - free of charge
- delivery time - 2-3 working days from the moment of payment of the order
- You can receive your order free of charge upon arrival at our warehouse - Riga, Latvia, Ulbrokas Street 42E (the order can be received immediately after payment)

You can pay with us only by bank transfer or on the spot with a bank card.
